The Product

Dual Boards are a set of lightweight, buoyant training tools designed to help swimmers of all levels feel balanced, strong, and confident in the water. Each board is about the size of a closed adult baseball glove and made from durable, high-quality foam. The solid, rounded shape includes a comfortable recessed grip for your thumb and index finger, while three secure tube fasteners and rivets keep each hand safely attached. Simple, sturdy, and easy to use, Dual Boards help you build better body position and technique with every kick.
