Dual Boards are a set of lightweight, buoyant training tools designed to help swimmers of all levels feel balanced, strong, and confident in the water. Each board is about the size of a closed adult baseball glove and made from durable, high-quality foam. The solid, rounded shape includes a comfortable recessed grip for your thumb and index finger, while three secure tube fasteners and rivets keep each hand safely attached.
